Exhibit Design & Production
Every H3 exhibit starts with a conversation about your goals, your audience, and your space. Our design team translates that into a detailed concept that balances visual impact with functional layout. Whether you need a small inline booth or a large island exhibit, the team that designed it is the same one building it.
From there, we get to work. Our woodworking and metal shops handle custom components, while modular elements are adapted to fit the design. Renders are shared with you throughout the process so you can see exactly what you're getting before anything is built.

Graphics & Signage
Your booth graphics are the first thing attendees see from across the floor. H3 produces large-format printed graphics, backlit displays, hanging signs, and custom signage that extend your brand identity across every surface of your exhibit.
All graphics are produced in-house and engineered for the specific substrate they'll be applied to. We handle artwork preparation, colour matching, and finishing; because it's all done in-house, we can turn around revisions quickly when deadlines are tight.
Installation & Dismantling
Getting your exhibit built correctly on show day requires someone who knows it inside and out. We manage every on-site installation, working directly with labour crews to make sure everything goes up exactly as designed.
We've worked at convention centres and outdoor event grounds across North America. We know the venues, the timelines, and how to solve problems before they become yours.
After the show, we handle teardown, crating, and outbound freight so your team can focus on following up with leads instead of supervising a teardown.
Booth Rentals
Not every show calls for a custom build. H3 offers professional rental exhibits for companies that need a polished presence without the capital investment. Rental configurations can be fully branded with custom graphics and modified to suit your layout.

Logistics & Shipping
Getting your exhibit to the show, and back, is its own project. H3 manages the full logistics chain: custom crating, freight coordination, advance warehouse delivery, show-site receiving, and return shipping. We track every shipment and coordinate directly with show carriers so nothing is waiting on the dock when your team arrives.
For clients exhibiting at multiple shows per year, we also offer exhibit storage between events. Your booth stays in our facility, maintained and inventory-checked, ready to ship on your next move-out date.
