Who We Are
H3 Event Services is a full-service exhibit house and Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. We design, manufacture, and install trade show exhibits for companies across North America. We've been doing this for over 30 years. That tenure matters in an industry where relationships, reliability, and show-floor experience are the difference between a smooth install and a problem you're solving at 6am on move-in day.
What It Means to Be an EAC
An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor is a third-party service provider that is authorized to work on the show floor on behalf of an exhibitor, independently from the show's general contractor. In practical terms, that means H3 can manage your installation and dismantling, on our own schedule, without being billed at the GC's labour rates.
For exhibitors, this translates directly into cost savings, faster turnaround, and a crew that knows your exhibit because they built it. EAC status isn't universal — it requires venue approvals and insurance compliance that H3 maintains across the shows we work.
How We Work
Most of our clients come to us with a show date, a booth size, and a general sense of what they want to achieve. We take it from there. Our process covers every stage of the exhibit lifecycle: initial consultation and design, graphics production, in-house fabrication, pre-show logistics, on-site installation, show support, and teardown.
One point of contact manages your project from kickoff to the last crate leaving the floor. That's intentional. It means nothing falls through the cracks between handoffs, and it means that when something needs a quick decision on-site, someone who knows your exhibit is the one making it.

Your account is managed directly by someone with hands-on show floor experience, not passed through layers of project coordinators. We've built exhibits for some of the largest trade shows in North America, and the way we're structured is part of why that works.

H3 is based in Toronto and serves exhibitors across North America. We regularly work shows in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, Las Vegas, and Orlando, and will travel wherever our clients exhibit.
